Status of these terms

These terms are adopted by Zapflash Inframart Pvt Ltd, a private limited company, which operates Project Crew. They apply to recruitment, internships and construction marketplace participation on the platform.

Effective date: 21 October 2026. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Platform scope

Project Crew connects construction professionals and technical staff with employers, and also provides consultant, contractor and equipment-rental listings.

The platform facilitates introductions and requests only. It does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, site safety, provider performance or availability.

Accounts and truthful information

• Provide accurate details and upload only information and documents you are authorised to share.
• Protect your login credentials and do not impersonate a company, recruiter or candidate.
• Company owners are responsible for granting appropriate recruiter access and removing it when no longer needed.
• Do not bypass account, document, listing or vacancy permissions.

Jobs and internships

Employers should state the role, required skills, location, experience, compensation and employment category accurately.

For internships, employers should clearly describe duration, stipend or unpaid status, learning objectives, supervision, site duties and safety arrangements.

Employers and candidates must verify applicable employment and internship obligations independently.

Marketplace requests, payments and refunds

• An enquiry, quote acceptance or booking request does not itself mean a payment has been made or that equipment is available.
• Project Crew does not hold, receive or process payments between users. Any money is settled directly between the parties.
• Cancellation, refund, damage, transport and return terms are agreed in writing directly with the provider before money changes hands.
• Project Crew is not responsible for deposits, refunds or damages paid to, requested from or withheld by another user, or for a private settlement that is not honoured.
• Online subscription payments are not currently enabled. Plan previews do not confer paid entitlements.

Responsible conduct

• No fraud, harassment, discriminatory conduct, misleading recruitment or unlawful content.
• Do not request passwords, OTPs, account access or payment to a personal account in exchange for a guaranteed job.
• Do not scrape private profiles, redistribute CVs or misuse candidate information.
• App admins may review application-linked messages and interview records for platform oversight.

AI, badges and decisions

• AI categorisation and recommendations are assistance only and are not hiring decisions.
• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate.
• A verified company badge only records an admin verification action.
• A badge is not a guarantee of financial health, job authenticity or workplace conditions.
• Users should carry out independent checks before relying on any listing or badge.

Complaints, appeals and response times

Complaints about conduct, a vacancy or listing, an account or moderation decision, or personal data can be submitted on the Grievances page or sent to the Grievance Officer at info@nucons.in.

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 2 working days and to respond with an outcome within 14 working days of acknowledgement.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may ask for the matter to be reviewed by the platform owner at pvrstreams@gmail.com, quoting the original complaint and the response received.

A successful support form submission records the complaint and provides an acknowledgement receipt with private case tracking. Formal legal notices must still use the recognised service channel described on Summons/Notices.

Moderation and enforcement

App admins may moderate listings and vacancies, control marketplace section availability, and review application-linked messages and interview records for platform oversight.

Where conduct breaches these terms, admins may warn, remove content, suspend or terminate an account, and may act immediately where there is a risk of harm, fraud or unlawful activity.

Any decision can be challenged through the complaint and appeal route above.

Liability

Project Crew facilitates introductions and requests. It does not employ users and does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, provider performance, equipment availability, site safety, payment or the outcome of any transaction.

Users deal with one another at their own risk and must carry out their own checks before paying, joining or supplying.

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zapflash Inframart Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or from a transaction between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory legal remedy available to a user, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

Privacy and DPDP

Personal data is handled under the Project Crew Privacy Policy, which is adopted and effective from 1 November 2026 and is written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Where these terms and the Privacy Policy both apply to personal data, the Privacy Policy governs collection, use, sharing, storage, grievance handling and user rights.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform, commercial terms or applicable requirements change. The version published at projectcrew.in/terms, with its effective date, is the version in force.

Users should review these terms before using the platform. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
